As of now, the way that the order import system is set up is that it is not be able to automatically refresh and clear the error without manual action.
Once an error appears on a store connection, it won't keep trying to run imports automatically.
Please make so it will automatically regularly check for errors and if the import error happens - it would automatically refresh it and clear it without manual action from the user, as it is very inconvenient the way it's set up now.

We have this problem also. It is ridiculous that shipstation doesn't try refreshing. I am constantly finding errors and simply clicking refresh to clear them out. If my staff doesn't notice the little red flag, we could go days without knowing we have orders from that particular store. This is not a feature, it is a bug. Why wouldn't shipstation retry?
