I would like to request a ShipStation feature. My reference support ticket is #3723328. We frequently have orders that need to go to multiple customer email addresses. We assumed that you could just separate them with a comma like so :
customer1@email.com,customer2@email.com
My notification emails come instantly with only one email address there, but after a lot of testing, when there are two or more the emails don't come. It has to be only a single email in this field, and of course the account email if it is set up to receive BCC copies of the notification emails.
