How do I ship to an army base correctly?

I'm trying to ship an order to an army base but it keeps saying the address is invalid. I'm hoping it's a simple fix, the customer says this is the correct address (you can see the address with the photo attached). I want to make sure I have it right so I can pay for shipping through shipstation, thank you!
