Can I use Amazon Buy Shipping on a NON Amazon order?

Does anyone know if we can use Amazon Buy Shipping on a NON Amazon order? For example on my Shopify orders?

Will not work, you have to reference some kind of reference ID when you buy shipping label and that is attached to the Amazon order
