Since Feb 2 we have been in contact with Ship Station (SS) 5x and we get nowhere. Same response "we need more info" Here is what we told them >> My "insights" show there are orders that Amazon never completed...However they have been completed because we called Amazon instantly. Updated stores has no effect and we have done everything on our end to get the "blue" color removed (unshipped ordersโ color is blue vs purple). This also relates to total sales count. Has anyone ever had this issue ? We can't get a real person to talk to (no phone number for SS) and we are at the point of looking for another service because of SS lack of response or the ability to get on the phoneโฆso here we are 1.5 months still trying to resolve this issue. Any suggestions or a number where we could talk with someone?
