Wondering how long it takes for the delivery status to be updated in the shipments view. Some packages show they are in transit with last activity several days ago when the USPS tracking screen shows it was delivered.
Our tracking system is designed to scan periodically for updates. Usually, a delivery update from the carrier will be sent back in-between these scanning periods, so while it does show delivered by your carrier, we won't see this until the system scans again.
That being said, there is a way for you to make sure the tracking status is up to date. You would go to the Shipments tab, click the checkbox to select orders you want to update, and click the track shipments button. This will force our system to check for tracking updates on eligible orders.
