Our current process is to batch print labels and pack slips then pack orders; we try to keep a close eye on stock counts, but from time to time, our count is off and we have to void a label to split the shipment. During these times, a voided label email gets fired off to customer who then inquires as to why the order was cancelled; can we have a option to disable voided label emails as opposed to the current option of disabling all email confirmations?

Thank you for your post in the community! After consulting with the support team, it has been confirmed that ShipStation does not send emails for voided labels. Your selling channels most likely send these emails so you will want to reach out to them to see if you can disable these emails.
