If a user orders something over ebay, then requests a full refund, instead of a cancellation, it does not show in shipstation. refunded, or improperly cancelled orders may still be shipped if not verified with another source.
Recommended changes for SS:
add a notification if there is a refund on an order, optionally cancel if the total becomes zero.

Thank you for your post! I checked in with our support team and confirmed that your store is currently set to auto-refresh, which means it will automatically update at least every two hours. This potentially allows time for a canceled order to ship before the update.
