On a new computer with Win 11 on it, Shipstation does not work with a DYMO M25 scale. My old machine has Win 8.1 and the scale works fine with it.
In settings / Shipstation Connect, the scale 'seems' to work fine in that the DYMO shows up in the list, and clicking "Read this scale current values" correctly reports the current weight on the scale. The problem is that it doesn't work on the 'Orders' screen. The scale doesn't show up there and therefore cannot be used.
