We use a 3PL company that uses Mail Innovations or Smart Post to create shipping labels. Whenever they create a label, the tracking number and carrier gets pushed to ShipStation. An email notification then gets pushed out to the customer from ShipStation with a tracking link within the email. This works fine for all "carriers", except Mail Innovations. When a customer clicks on a Mail Innovations tracking link, the page never loads.
We've gotten several emails from customers asking why there link isn't working. We also haven't heard any updates from ShipStation to fix this issue. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this or when ShipStation plans to?
