Email Notification Replies

I now understand that Email Notifications are "no-reply".  It would be awesome if customers could reply directly to these emails.  However, if this is not possible please add a line of text on  "https://ship15.shipstation.com/settings/emailtemplates" that would make me aware that the email is a no-reply.  

I had a customer reply to this email several times resulting in a sizable order cancelation.
