I had been using an older subscription of SS for a while but had a to sign up for an additional one recently. The new version has updates that the old one does not and we have lost the email templates. No longer an option from the templates menu or from the store options. When I reached out to support chat, I was essentially told that it was updated to look better and when I expressed our displeasure with the new wording I was told "ShipStation updated the “Shipped” notification to say “Almost ready” to better reflect the customer’s perspective of when their package is actually on its way. I understand this can be frustrating for merchants who consider label creation as the shipping point."
Why would you take away an option like that? And to not even make the change for everyone?? The ability to customize was a great tool to have and I can't be the only one to upset by this. Seems like that choice was made for this exact reason.
