Shipstation connect on Ipad

Hello,
I tried to connect my shipstation connect to my ipad and the .DMG files are not compatible. Do you have a recommendation to help me?

Thank you for your post! I know that we likely have several users wondering about this same thing! We appreciate the time you are spending in the community with us!

When it comes to ShipStation Connect on an iPad, currently connect cannot work on just the iPad alone. There is one part of that process that is essential to make that functional. An iPad can use Connect only if a workstation is signed in with Connect. We must have a PC/Mac Workstation to then sign in on the iPad to work via the workstation.
