Suddenly can’t print labels help!!

Hi all 

Suddenly I can’t print labels and getting this error which has brought out operation to a standstill and support are not replying 😞 can anyone help at all?

we are experiencing printing error today (March 28th, 2024) as well.   We have to download whatever we want to print (label, manifest, pick list, order summary).   If we click "print" or "Yes, reprint", we would be able to print whatever it was that we needed to print.  Not today.  We continue to get error.
