Tag flow through

I would like to see order tags be able to be part of shipment reports. We have two seperate GL accounts depending on the shipping activity, and I would like to use tags to deliniate, but I can't get a shipment report (which I need for accounting) that contains them. I could do two reports and merge, but that is less than ideal.
