I'm a new customer, and ShipStation has already proven very useful to me, so I'm really glad it exists, but the UX is, I hope you'll forgive me for saying, terrible. I understand that it's a very complicated process and requires a lot of specific things, but it took me a week and six calls to the help line to get to the point where I could print a single label. Now, a certain amount of this was just me getting used to the platform, but even when I knew exactly what I was trying to do it was often really difficult to figure out which button I needed to click and where it was hidden.
A UX overhaul would certainly make my life easier, and I have to imagine that there are others who feel the same way.

I totally understand your frustration, even when a platform is powerful, a confusing UX can make simple tasks take way longer than they should. For situations like this, sometimes working with a website design agency can help improve usability and streamline workflows, ensuring that interfaces are intuitive and user-friendly.
