What is the point of the mobile app if you are required to log into a desktop version first?

I use the mobile app to check orders while on the go, but if I need to log into my desktop shipstation account each time before using, what is the point?  That is not user friendly and defeats the point of having a mobile app.  If you need to send a code to text or email, fine, do that.  But don't require me to wait until I can log in until I am at my computer.  That is not going to work long term.

Hello @sales135 and @steveclark!

Thank you so much for your feedback! We're excited to share that an update to the mobile app is underway. As soon as I receive more information, I will happily update the community!

Happy Shipping!

You can't just revert back to the version of the app from a few weeks ago where it was actually usable?

You need to put back the login procedure. You’ve broken the app and apparently from what I’m seeing in the different threads. I’m not the only one. I’m looking for other solutions now. I’ve been a customer for seven years, but the app is unusable. I don’t wanna hear you working on a new app for the future. This is affecting me right now every day, day-to-day. It completely disrupted our workflow. I can’t use mobile at all anymore on my iPhone and it’s a big part of my day-to-day workflow.  By the time you come out with an update, I’ll have moved on to a different platform.  I suggest you roll back the login procedure to the way it was while you work on your newfangled solution
