Why is the Captcha popping up now on login.. We pay for this service we dont need a CAPTCHA

I'll agree it's odd to suddenly see Turing tests popping up, especially on a site that doesn't allow posting. I wonder if there have been some security issues with accounts lately. I mean, I understand it on this site, but not the shipping site.
