about customizable amazon orders

In the custom listings we have just created, the customer selects the color products he wants and creates his order. when shipstation downloads this order, we only see the sku of the order, but we cannot see the colors chosen by the customer. is there an existing feature in this regard? if not, is it possible to develop it in the near future?

You need an integration like CustomSync.app.

It lets you:
- Sync over customization data and images (user-uploaded and preview images for Amazon orders), which can be displayed on packing slips.
- Choose where you display the customization: item options, Internal Notes, Customer Notes, etc.
- Include/exclude surface names, item names, quantity, etc.
