An optional column on the "Awaiting Shipment" page that would allow you to see at a glance what has been verified would be very useful. This feature already exists on the "Shipments" page which can be useful but it would provide more of a benefit on the Awaiting shipment page so that orders can be sorted by what still needs to be verified.
