there needs to be an "average shipping time" report and ability to see other metrics of how long packages are in transit. under Customer Engagement, shipstation tracks when Shipment Confirmation Emails are sent out, and when Delivery Notification Emails are sent out. So it knows when packages are shipped and finally delivered. Would be a simple metric to add.
also bring back the option to enter weights as 12,500g in one field instead of breaking it into kg and g fields
