I use my phone for almost 99% of my shipping. But unless I want to go find a desktop I am unable to use Parcelguard. On the iOS app you are still offering ShipSurance NOT Parcelguard, which is not even an option any longer. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!
Thank you for your post in the community, and I genuinely appreciate your patience while I gathered more information from our development team. Currently, this appears to be a limitation of the V2 mobile app. That said, the team is actively exploring ways to implement this functionality in the future.
