3rd Party Billing

Im now having to pay for my UPS account to connect as a carrier just to be able to 3rd party bill. Would be nice to have that as an option with the shipstation UPS account.

I agree.  I'm a long time Ship Station user and the new requirement to pay to have your own UPS account just so I can ship to clients that want us to use their UPS account is a big downgrade to the service.  Would be nice to have that as an option with the shipstation UPS account.
