Add insurance option to shipping calculator

It would be nice if there was a field in the shipping calculator that will allow us to quote the shipping cost with the carrier insurance included. Right now, we have to either make an order, or click Create Label and then add the value and go through each shipping method to give the customer an accurate cost.

to me shipstation is unusable without adding the insurance cost to the shipping quote cost. I use the api through my website and if i only charge my customer the quoted price, its sometimes 2-10$ more expensive then what was quoted because the insurance price isn't there. This is a must for shipstation, please please get this working so I can start using shipstation on my website. I already spent a bunch of money on a developer to make it work with opencart, and now i can't even use it because the insurance doesn't work.
