We have a Chromebook in the warehouse and can't use the scanning functionality because it requires ShipStation connect and it can't be installed on a Chromebook. Any way to fix that or other solution that can help?

While Chromebook is currently not supported for ShipStation Connect, I absolutely see why this would be desired! Hopefully we can get some votes on here 🙂

Thanks. Is there any work around at this time? If the software is installed on another device and one of the user uses the Chromebook?

i have the same issue-- instead i purchased a WINDOWS OS- let me know if you have a work around for the chromebook
