Majority of our orders have more than one Tracking #. When the Defaulted Emailed Shipping Template gets sent it only displays the Master Tracking #. So we constantly get our Clients requesting the other Tracking #'s, which takes time away from us completing our regular job duties.
We would like to request that you upgrade your system to allot all the Tracking #'s (under that order) to be displayed on that generated Emailed Shipping Template; to allow all customers to have immediate access to their complete order package details.
