To be clear, this is a BUG and NOT a Feature Request.
1) We have an Automation rule set up for every order to set Dry Ice to 3170g
2) Actual default dry ice value is 111 ounces. It needs to be 3170 grams as stated in the Automation Rule.
3) In Settings, our units and measure are already Kilograms / Grams.
4) On top of this, EVEN if I manually change it from Oz to Grams, it keeps REVERTING back to ounces
This is a MAJOR ISSUE. UPS REJECTS DRY ICE THAT IS NOT IN GRAMS. This means that if we print the label in OZ, UPS sends back the package. Our items are frozen, which means that all of the product is wasted if it is sent back.
It is not feasible or acceptable to require manual intervention for every single order.
Please provide a fix date ASAP.
