SHIPSTATION KEEPS LOGGING ON FINE, THEN WITHIN SECONDS...BOOTS EVERYONE OFF EACH WORKSTATION...CAN ONLY WORK A FEW MINUTES AND EACH STATION GET BOOTED OFF AND HAVE TO RE-LOGIN AGAIN...AND AGAIN. TRIED TO WEB CHAT, WE HAVE GOLD SUBSCRIPTION...BUT NO CHAT TO GO TO. NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL...PLEASE HELP. WE ARE PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE, BUT GET NO HELP.
