This is really a huge problem for us. The "Create new Shipment" feature
is a major step back from the old "restore" option as far as reshipping
damaged or lost orders. The new packing slip prints with zero order/item
information and it makes it a hug...
'@ Palmetto Wood Shop I haven't gotten the duplicate order issue figured
out yet. I've had an open case with the for a while, and continue to get
a response that the issue is in the queue for the tech team... I still
find it easier than fielding cons...
