RMA - Return Label created under the Rate Calculator

Requesting a feature to disable an RMA being automatically created/assigned for return labels created through the rate calculator.

ShipStation should auto refresh stores even after there has been an error

If there is an error on a store, it seems that ShipStation stops auto-refreshing. If ShipStation could continue to auto-refresh after an error has populated, this might re-establish the connection.
