Even though we do everything on Shipstation we pay for a single API
connection to Shippo just for delivery status because shipstation,
despite showing delivery status in their user interface and internal
text messaging system, won't make it available...
Looks like you used to be able to but no longer are. I am trying to do
the same thing and can't figure it out. Extremely annoying that it used
to be a feature:

Just did a return that cost me $350 more than outbound because
shipstation does not do multipackage returns before realizing what it
was doing. The only workaround is to make the customer one of your
warehouses and then ship the packages to yourself?...
Shipstation will now send out a text notification to customers when a
package is out for delivery and when it is delivered. They obviously
have this information both in the UI and now with notifications. The API
