On the status page it says "please refresh the web page and select the "Refresh Connection" button on the newest version of ShipStation Connect." Where is this? And why wouldn't they mention where it is?

Right now my products all mixed in with each other. If I was a hardware store I'd like all the nails to be grouped together, then the screws then the lumber. But right now everything is jumbled together and currently looks like this: NailNailScrewnai...
