The inability to change a customer record easily (not with .csv file)
has been the most frustrating aspect of ShipStation. I really thought
this would have been implemented years ago, but we just keep waiting.
I would really like to see this added. For some of our packages, this
program makes a lot of sense, and I really do not want to have to start
shipping packages through multiple software solutions.
