Hello, currently using Shipstation, it is possible to update nearly every property related to an order via the API. With the recent addition of being able to set a 'deliver by' date via the Shipstation UI, it would be very beneficial to also be update this value using the API. I emailed the API team and they confirmed that this is currently not supported by the API. We would be using this to pull deliver by information from third party channels, and updating our shipstation order with it. It would be fantastic to see this implemented.
Hi,Could these two codes be added to the Royal Mail services available to use with Ship Station? These are the cheapest options for us to send Large Letters DDP to the USA.Many thanks.
how can we send SMS Delivery notification when we create a label and for the cust to get notified once delivered
Since ShipStation does not offer access to a sandbox environment when developing a custom API integration, and that level of development and testing typically takes longer than the standard trial period, having the ability to “Purge” the data submitted during the testing period would be helpful. It would start data collection from scratch when you move to a live production environment. It would also limit the possibility of confusion if a customer support agent tried to search for something and found incorrect information from an order that shared the same order number in testing.I understand that you can use the “Cancel” option, but that merely moves it to other categories. And it does not allow you to remove items from the Shipped section. Even though the labels were voided and never included in an End of Day submission.
There is no “Delivery By Date” replicable entry in the packing slip template form!! Need it.
shipstation should work on more keyboard short cuts. like a printing keyboard short cut. and add an item, and add multi packages. and so many more.
