Omit Case-Sensitivity from UPC Logic

It seems that we cannot verify upc codes with letters included much of the time.  Upon further inspection, we learned that Shipstation is case sensitive.  There should be a way to turn this off in order to be able to have a smoother scan and ship experience.  SKUs and barcodes should be verified, regardless of upper or lower case letters.
