Every day when using ShipStation our active sessions will encounter an "auto-magic" logoff.


We think it occurs around 4-5 hours of productive work. When contacting SS support they are also unsure what the exact duration of timing variable is also.


We receive no 'real' warning OR method to extend our active session. Work is interrupted and productivity declines as we are forced to log back in and try to recover our current tasks.


Seems like this should be an individual user setting, with the ability to extend up to a working shift e.g. 8-12 hours.
