When choosing "Rates" at the top left of ShipStation site, and entering a customer record to retrieve rates, and ship out something manually, there is no option to save that customer record without inputting an email address. I work at a large ministry and our Shipping Department has to ship out packages for other departments around the ministry and email addresses are not provided at times. Instead of just using the email address as a "unique identifier" to create and save a customer record, maybe put a "Save As" field or "Nickname" field and the record could be saved under that identifying field.
