ShipStation should maintain API access at all the levels that have it today for existing customers at 1Q2025 prices, and only require upgrading to Gold level to get API access if it's a new customer starting a new account. In other words, respect existing relationships by grandfathering, rather than bait-and-switching after we've invested in integration.

The above is clearly not the case if you ignore feedback which you are clearly doing in this case!
