We hope everyone is having a great and prosperous new year. As 2023 starts ramping up, we have some exciting announcements to share with you all.
As our community continues to grow and we welcome new members, we recognize that it is more important than ever to make sure everyone is heard.
In an effort to work together towards this, the community will move to implementing pre-moderation for all incoming posts and comments, effective January 17, 2023. What does this mean?
- All posts and comments will be reviewed by our moderation team before they are officially posted on the community for all to see.
- We expect that the majority of posts will be reviewed and posted within 2 hours of submission.
- Posts that violate our community guidelines, may not be posted. A member of our team will reach out to discuss any violations in a private message.
- Nothing will change about how you post within the community.
We believe this will be a positive change and that it will ensure the highest quality care for you, our members.
