Hello Amazing Community Members,
We recently announced that there were some changes coming to order details for our ANZ merchants. We are now proud to announce that this feature is now going to be available for our ShipStation merchants in North America.
Here are a few of the changes you can expect to see in the new order details:
- The ability to see customer history by hovering over the customer name in order details.
- A larger screen area, allowing more order information to be displayed with less scrolling.
- A better way to navigate multi-shipments including being able to work in multiple dedicated tabs when you have multiple shipments or returns.
- The ability to update more information directly from the order details
- An updated order summary page that provides additional order context by displaying more order information from your store.
