Ah! If only it worked as advertised! Managing my inventory with another service was a bit messy but certainly not the hassle that I'm experiencing with Inventory Sync. You are correct, Melanie. It should not be a hassle and yet, here we are. I've spent two days prepping to sync. I've carefully entered my SKUs, verified all was accurate, double checked my counts, and finally hit that sync button today. I'm 3 hours into the sync and it's not even 1/4 of the way done. I've even made a few sales which will likely mess up the sync causing it to have to start over once I manually adjust. There's no real support from the chat feature, just a constant reminder to let it complete the process. OK Kelven, I'll let you know in 2 days when it hopefully finishes that it's still a problem... Because my time is clearly not valued.

Here's the thing, if Shipstation's Inventory Sync cannot handle SKU heavy shops, then simply state that. It's ok to not be able to handle shops that have a lot of inventory and sales. I would have simply skipped over this option and continued with a product that DOES work in a matter of minutes. I was trying to streamline the process with one solution. It's important that Shipstation value their customer's time and not mislead them into thinking that this is a viable solution. Again, it may great be for businesses with just a few SKUs and I hope others find success. Just be very cautious when looking into this product. It really should have stayed in the sandbox for a bit longer as it needs a lot of enhancements.
