Hey there,

 

After talking with Kat D. at ShipStation customer support, we found out that negotiated rates do not work/are not supported with the Nationex carrier integration.

This to me seems like a major flaw, why am I expected to enter my Nationex account information if the Nationex integration doesn't use my account to price my shipping?

The workaround proposed was to manually generate labels from Nationex and use the Mark as Shipped button in ShipStation, which negates the whole purpose of using ShipStation...!

This needs to be addressed quickly.
