Hi there,

 

Perhaps someone has the same issue? 

 

Each time we try to ship a package the system displays the same issue: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

 

We are using our own Fedex UK account, however we are not able to ship any package.

 

Can someone help us with this issue?

Welcome to the community! We are so happy to have you join and participate with us! 

 

If you are still seeing this behavior, my first recommendation would be to remove the FedEx account from your Carriers and Fulfillment settings area in the Shipping tab, and then re-adding it back into the account to "refresh" the connection between ShipStation and FedEx. 

 

After you take this step, if you continue to see this behavior, I think it would be the best call to reach out to our Support Team. They will be happy to dig into the account directly with you and get to the root of this error message that you are seeing when attempting to create those labels.
