Order keeps getting rejected to be fulfilled by Amazon, especially with bundled SKUs. I have also updated the fulfillment SKU and added the store alias but it keeps getting rejected. Does anyone know how to solve the problem?

Thank you for your post. In this case, the issue is a restriction on Amazon's end,.The SKU and product information sent must exactly match what Amazon has on file for those products. If they don't match, Amazon will reject them. You will need to either create separate copies of the products with the correct Amazon information or update the product details in ShipStation to match Amazon's records. The fulfillment SKU alone won't suffice, as Amazon requires complete and accurate product information. I have attached our help center article here for you as well.
