DPD require a barcode width of 91.5mm with 5mm gap on either side and reject any label that does not meet this minimum.
A 6x4 label is 104mm wide (actual measurement 103.5mm wide)
Shipstation generate thier label in a bordered box which prints with a 1mm gap to the out edge of the label when settings are 100% size and printing centrally.
1mm to the outer bordered box,
0.6mm black border,
The bar code prints 90.6mm wide
The gap either side of bar code 4.8mm
Shipstation have been pointing me back to the help guides for the past few weeks, .... checking settings, reinstalling drivers etc but I cannot see how, with thier bordered box the barcode could be scaled correctly and acheive the 'quiet zone' gap of 5mm either side. It is so marginal to the 0.0 something of a mm that I can't believe it is possible.
I've even paid an IT professional to look at this for me.
Please can someone tell me if they are using 6x4 labels and have had DPD approve them preferably with a Dymo 4XL printer?
