UPS destroyed a package for us, we purchased the carrier insurance and filed a claim through Shipstation per their requirements. It has now been over a month now and we still have no conclusion. We sent all documentation to Shipstation. Finally after a month we received paperwork from UPS requesting the same documentation which has to be uploaded to the web and now we are getting an error try back later from UPS. Shipstation is no help but they will take the insurance money. Is there a better service or are all of them the same? We have used shipstation for over 10 years.
