Does anyone with experience in UPS seizing a package by mistake?
We shipped 4 boxes of apparel to a high school and randomly UPS seized one of four packages and sent it to Nashville to their Fraud Mitigation Team without telling us. We eventually figured out where it went but now we can't reach anyone live. They give you a phone number to call to leave a message and supposedly someone will call back. Reading online the reason often cited is counterfeit labels. It's odd though, we only use Shipstation, and the other packages that we shipped that day all were delivered without issue.
Also, I read often things sent to the Fraud Mitigation Team are sent to a 3rd party to be destroyed.

Headlines,
Do you happen to have any information on how this ended? I am just curious because I am going through the same thing right now. I would appreciate any information you can provide.
Thank you!
