We currently are not able to use our own negotiated rates for UPS Ground Saver and would like this feature to be available. Currently for heavier boxes our rates are lower than the Shipstation rate. This is impacting our ability to utilize all shipping options.

When is this feature going to be available for our own carrier accounts. It's not a very good customer experience to know we have a cost-efficient shipping method like UPS Ground Saver that ShipStation is essentially hoarding and not allowing us to use within our own accounts. We get a better rate than the ShipStation rate. This approach is costing us money because we aren't able to take full advantage of savings within our own account.

Ship station are acting like pure garbage, they told us to use their own ups ground saver if we want to use it.
they do give a f**** about customers, this is not the same company as they were before they merged with endicia, they just do not care anymore,
we can write here as much as we want, they do not care.

This is not the service we were sold. We want to be able to use OUR OWN RATES for UPS GROUND SAVER. We don't want to ship using ShipStation's account!

After speaking with support, I was directed to a helpful article that explains UPS Ground Saver is only available through UPS by ShipStation.
