Adding Product photos to Ship Label/ Packing Slip combo

How can I add product photos when printing the Shipping Label/ Packing slip combo on 8.5" x 11" integrated label and packing slip form?

I was able to do it on the solo packing slip by editing the template, but I see no way to do it on the ship label combo.
