Hello,
Does anyone have any advice for different options to insure USPS packages shipped through shipstation without using shipsurance? We had been using shipsurance, but recently received a letter from them that we are now excluded from coverage. So looking into other options.
Thank you

Hey there @Songbird,
No other insurance options come to my mind immediately, but hopefully one of our terrific community members can provide a solution they've used!

For anyone that was excited about the "new" Parcel Guard insurance be aware that they are simply rebranded Shipsurance.. imagine having such a terrible reputation that you have to change your name.. pretty deceitful.

Hello @thegearattic,
Welcome to the community, we are so happy to have you here with us.
I want to let you know that we have have seen your comments regarding Shipsurance. We're sorry to hear that you've had a negative experience. we take your feedback seriously and have shared it internally.
In reference to ParcelGuard, they do work to handle claims with Shipsurance but there are different terms and coverage offered.

Why are you excluded from coverage?

We have also been exluded from coverage.. in our case they kept moving the goal post and coming up with new requirements so we left some truthful reviews about their sketchy tactics. They asked us to edit remove the reviews and when we didn't they sent us a letter saying they would exclude us. Shipstation should seriously consider one of the better providers like U-Pic or Shipcover as Shipsurance is an absolute scam.
